All-inclusive in Texas: standard plan or optional rate

Some resorts include everything, others sell it as an option

At resorts in Texas, "all-inclusive" does not always mean the same thing. Some only sell all-inclusive stays. Others offer room-only, breakfast or half-board rates, with all-inclusive as one option among several.

All-inclusive as the standard plan

Miraval Austin Resort & Spa, Lake Austin Spa Resort, Mayan Dude Ranch, Dixie Dude Ranch, Rancho Cortez.

All-inclusive as one rate among several

Cibolo Creek Ranch, Cedar Cove Ranch. When you book one of these, pick the rate marked all-inclusive. The cheapest price shown is often room only or half board.

No all-inclusive plan

Rough Creek Lodge Ranch and Resort. These sell room-only or meal-plan rates. Check exactly what your rate includes.

Before you book

All-inclusive in Texas usually means a ranch or spa package with meals and activities, not a beach resort with an open bar. Read what each package covers before you book.
